What Are Unbundled Legal Services?

Legal representation can be expensive and sometimes a client is capable of working on parts of the case on their own. Unbundled legal services, also known as limited scope representation, allows you to hire an attorney for a portion of the case only and work on the rest of the case on your own.  In appropriate cases, it can save you a lot of money.

Jungers Law offers a variety of unbundled legal services.  This means that you can retain us on a very limited basis at a specific predetermined fee, but you will represent yourself for the remainder of the case.

Here are some of the services that Jungers Law can provide on an unbundled basis:

  • Draft demand letters

  • Draft motions or other court documents

  • Responding to or sending discovery

  • Help prepare you for a lawsuit or deposition or small claims court

  • Help in a family law case:

    • Draft an agreement

    • Draft a motion

    • Help prepare and advise for a hearing

    • Negotiate a settlement

    • Review drafted documents and advise on the same

There are lots of matters where partial representation can be beneficial to a client, and Jungers Law is willing to work with clients on finding alternative solutions to meet your financial or other needs.
